But your second and third images confirmed my "suspicions" about it how a tool like this dealt with reflections and difficult scenes. And, I can now see how this technique/tool might enhance an image that was taken on a completely overcast day where not even a HDR image would be able to pull any detail from the sky. ![]() Having said that, if I was presented with your first example on flickr's photostream, I'm pretty sure I would never have guessed it had been run throught this plugin - I was quite impressed by that. But, if it works for you, and you like it, all power to you. I'm sure I do plenty of things my, very meh, photos that people don't care for. This is just my opinion, tho people can do whatever they like to their photos. Principally 'cos sky replacement just feels like "cheating" to me, so, I've never been tempted to try it. ![]() I'm an ON1 user but I've never explored this feature.
